If you are unable to access your Facebook account, follow these steps to recover it:

1. Use Facebook’s Find Your Account Page

Go to Facebook's Find Your Account page.

Enter your email, phone number, full name, or username associated with the account.

Click "Search" and follow the on-screen instructions.

2. Reset Your Password

After locating your account, Facebook will give you options to receive a password reset code via email or phone.

Choose an available recovery method and enter the code you receive.

Set a new password and log in.

3. If You Don’t Have Access to Your Email or Phone

Click "No longer have access to these?" when prompted.

Facebook will guide you through identity verification (this may involve uploading an ID).

Follow the instructions to recover your account.

4. Check if Your Account is Disabled or Hacked

If Facebook disabled your account, visit Facebook Help Center and appeal the decision.

If you believe your account was hacked, go to Facebook's Hacked Account page and follow the recovery steps.

5. Contact Facebook Support (If Needed)

If you're unable to recover your account using the steps above, visit Facebook's Help Center and explore more recovery options.
